What’s up: com vas de salut mental?

An innovative program created by Obertament that focuses on improving educational culture in relation to mental health and that opens a process of normalization and empowerment of young people, key in the fight against stigma.

The program is mainly developed in educational centers, in the field of ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), but it also has complementary material aimed at families and leisure professionals and youth entities.
