La tecnología como herramienta de conexión social
This study, prepared by the State Observatory of Unwanted Loneliness, explores how various technologies can mitigate unwanted loneliness and foster social connection. It analyzes the public's perception of technology, its impact on different groups (young people, older adults, and people with disabilities), and classifies technological tools into categories: technologies for connecting in open environments, social proximity technologies, technologies applied to caregiving, and technologies specifically designed to combat loneliness. The report highlights the importance of accessibility, user-centered design, and the role of public policies in promoting the responsible use of technology and reducing the digital divide.
