Respect for the wishes of the person with a mental disorder and/or addiction: advance directives and advance care planning

This document aims to identify the ethical problems in the use of advance directives (advance wishes / advance instructions / advance decisions) for people with a mental disorder and/or addiction and to make a reasoned reflection on each one, and to make proposals to advance the implementation of the DVA and the PDA in our environment.
