Report on the state of human rights in mental health 2021

This document is an annual compilation of the state of the rights of people with psychosocial disabilities in Spain within the global context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It includes not only violations but also achievements, progress, and recommendations in the area of mental health. It provides specific examples with references to articles of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, highlighting women's rights to equality and non-discrimination, children's rights to life, equal recognition before the law, access to justice, liberty and security of person, the right to independent living, the right to health, the right to work, and so on.
