QualityRights: WHO quality and rights tool: assessing and improving quality and human rights in mental health and social support facilities.

The WHO Quality and Rights Instrument aims to support countries in assessing and improving the quality and human rights of their mental health and social support facilities. The instrument is based on an extensive international review conducted by people with mental disabilities and their organizations. It has been piloted in low-, middle-, and high-income countries and is designed to be applied in any of these economic settings.
