Polititzem els malestars!

Summary document of the "Polititzem els malestars!" (Let's Politicize Our Discomfort!) event, organized by the Barcelona Youth Council, which focused on providing an organized and political response to emotional and mental distress. The document compiles reflections, conclusions, and lessons learned from the event, in which the structural causes of these problems and oppressions were collectively examined in order to de-individualize the distress and raise awareness of its social roots. Among other topics, fatphobia, eating disorders, and neurodiversity were discussed.
