Llibre blanc per a la formació, ocupació i treball de les persones amb discapacitat i especials dificultats als centres especials de treball de Catalunya

This study, conducted by AEES Dincat and IESE Business School-University of Navarra , aims to present the reality of social economy entities working to promote the labor and social integration of people with disabilities facing special difficulties in Catalonia and to propose guidelines for the future of this sector, so that its social mission is reinforced with a model that ensures the economic viability of the entities as well as personalized attention to people with disabilities.

Specifically, a conceptual framework is presented with the anthropological and social principles that explain the importance of the socio-labor integration of people with disabilities and special difficulties; the current situation of companies working with this group is analyzed; the strengths and weaknesses of the sector are presented, as well as the challenges and opportunities it faces; and a model of the socio-labor integration of people with disabilities and special difficulties in Catalonia is proposed, where general lines of action are pointed out and those key aspects to be taken into special account are emphasized.
