Users and professionals from the Eating Disorders Unit of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona manage this Instagram account, the first in Spain with a therapeutic purpose since its development is included within the treatment.

Thirty young people between the ages of 9 and 17 actively participate in publishing the content of this account, which aims to raise awareness of the problem and increase motivation to make changes, two fundamental steps in the therapeutic process.

Furthermore, it attempts to offer an alternative perspective to other social media profiles and digital publications that promote anorexia and other eating disorders as if they were lifestyle choices. Its posts aim to raise awareness among young people and promote prevention.
