Guide for Suicide Survivors
The Guide for Suicide Survivors is a resource from the Tramuntana Després del Suïcidi Association designed to support people who have recently lost a loved one to suicide and feel overwhelmed, confused, or very alone. It offers clear information about what happens in the initial stages involving the police, the courts, and funeral services, as well as a summary of the essential procedures that need to be followed, along with a practical checklist so that you don't have to remember everything.
The guide also includes advice on emotional well-being during bereavement, resources for seeking psychological and social support, recommendations for supporting children and adolescents who are also survivors, and an updated list of phone numbers and support services. It also includes a space for noting tasks, contacts, and reminders, so you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
