Guia per a Grups d’Ajuda Mútua en salut mental de persones familiars

The Guide explains the Mutual Aid Groups model developed through the lessons learned from training moderators of mutual aid groups in the Activa't per la Salut Mental project, and the entities that have made it possible.

The document explains to families what a Mutual Support Group is, how they work, the different stages in their operation, the management of participants, and the content.

This guide is the result of the Activa't per la Salut Mental project, by the Generalitat of Catalonia, Salut Mental Catalunya and the Veus Federation, implemented within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan for Mental Health and Addictions.
