Executive summary. The situation of LGBTI+ people with disabilities in Spain

Executive summary of the study, the first of its kind, which highlights the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people with disabilities in areas such as employment, family, and education. It concludes, among other findings, that these individuals face greater difficulties in career advancement and experience more discrimination, being discriminated against more for their sexual orientation and gender identity than for their disability. Therefore, the study underscores the need to develop public policies that respond to the demands of this community and enable these individuals to access rights on an equal footing, thus building a more inclusive society.
