The Barcelona Public Health Agency (ASPB), together with the Public Emotional Culture team, has prepared three short videos focused on emotional education to offer tools for emotional management and support. This material also aims to provide a space to pause and become aware of the importance of emotions, inviting reflection on healthy emotional habits that will surely be key for the present and the future.

It is a resource initially designed for teachers and educators but may also be of interest to families.
