The report analyzes the factors that complicate decision-making support for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (PWDs), focusing on the personalization and quality of support provided by organizations within the Liber Network. It examines how health, social, and legal issues interact and how their convergence can hinder the provision of this support. The findings reveal prevalent factors such as chronic illnesses, cognitive impairment, and unfavorable social environments, as well as differences based on gender, age, and degree of disability. It provides data, trends, and a protocol to improve professional intervention and guarantee the rights of PWDs.
