Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights "Protocol of San Salvador"

This protocol establishes for the American States the obligation to adopt, in accordance with their constitutional procedures and the provisions in force, the legislative or other measures that may be necessary to make the rights effective, when the exercise of these is not guaranteed.
