If you think you are experiencing early warning symptoms, don't be afraid. Take your relapse prevention plan and see if your symptoms are similar to those listed there. If so, follow the instructions you have thought of together with your healthcare team and family. If you are not sure or are very worried, tell someone on your healthcare team or a family member who has participated in the relapse plan. Don't ignore warning symptoms or let them go away on their own.
