Anxiety
If we have frequent anxiety attacks, could we have heart problems?
Although we can find all sorts of information, a clear link between heart problems and anxiety has not been proven. For example, the fact that a person exercises regularly and pushes their heart to its limits is not related to heart problems. It is true that anxiety produces tachycardia and palpitations, but not in a "more dangerous" way than during exercise. Most people who have had a heart attack do not associate it with anxiety, although a person with anxiety is often very afraid of having a heart attack during a crisis. A person with high baseline anxiety may indeed see their blood pressure rise.
