Can I stop taking the medication if I feel better now?
Medication should not be stopped without professional supervision. Antidepressants should not be stopped abruptly, as withdrawal symptoms (anxiety, diarrhea, vivid dreams) may occur. These effects can be avoided by slowly reducing the dose before stopping completely.
