There is often confusion surrounding the word "spectrum," which is frequently used to imagine a line that starts at "little" and ends at "a lot." But this is not the case. Each person with ASD will have a different degree of difficulty in each area , such as language, sensitivity, rigidity, repetitive behaviors, etc. What does exist are degrees in the level of support they require: level 1, needs support; level 2, needs significant support; and level 3, needs very significant support.
