Is eating sugar bad for the brain?
The brain needs glucose to function, so sugar isn't directly harmful to it . It's not necessary to eliminate naturally occurring sugars from foods like dairy, fruits, and vegetables. However, it is important to reduce your intake of ultra-processed foods , sugary drinks, and products with free or added sugars.
