We find it very difficult to recommend anything in this regard. We believe that no book can replace the experience of treatment. Self-knowledge, in our view, comes through the therapeutic relationship. It's not so much about searching for or finding a BPD therapy program, but rather about finding a clinical professional with whom you feel you can begin working.
