When we talk about an anxiety attack, we're referring to episodes or states of high or extreme anxiety. In many cases, these episodes can occur abruptly without a specific trigger, although on many other occasions they are triggered by a stressor or a specific environmental situation.

In general, a good way to prevent an anxiety crisis would be to take good preventative measures in the presence of anxiety itself.

Basic tips for having healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle :

  • Maintaining a balanced diet , rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, tryptophan and omega-3, among other products, helps to maintain better physical and mental health.
  • Engage in regular physical activity .
  • Maintain a restful sleep of about 7-8 hours.
  • Do not consume alcohol or toxins in general.
  • Maintain a good social network .
  • Perform basic relaxation exercises , such as abdominal breathing.
