Some of the advantages they offer include anonymity for employees, adaptation to their needs, and low cost for the company. However, there are barriers that can hinder successful implementation, both from the perspective of the ICTs themselves and from the perspectives of the company and the individual employee.
Understanding these barriers and facilitators to ICTs applied to interventions that promote mental health in the workplace can facilitate their success.
