Implementing QualityRights

A step forward to guarantee mental health rights

The WHO QualityRights guide the transformation of services and treatment for people with disabilities

Catalonia is leading a transformative strategy to respect and guarantee the rights of people with psychosocial, intellectual, or cognitive disabilities. This plan involves embracing the World Health Organization's international strategy under the umbrella of QualityRights , which aims to improve the quality of care provided by social and mental health services and promote the human rights of people with disabilities.
