Nutrition and emotional well-being
Nutrition has a direct impact on both physical and mental health. A balanced diet can be a protective factor against potential mental disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Good nutrition involves choosing the right foods, considering their preparation methods, adopting healthy habits, and having a positive relationship with food. In this special issue, we explore how nutrition influences emotional well-being at different stages of life.
