Sonia Fuertes Ledesma

Degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Barcelona. Postgraduate Degree in Political Science and Administration from the Open University of Catalonia and a Diploma in Social Education. Postgraduate degree in Management Roles at ESADE (Educational Institution within the University Ramon Lull)  NGOs. She first worked as a Social Educator in the drug addictions field, mental health and criminal execution and later developed leadership and supervisor roles for social promotion projects. 

She has been a lecturer at various academic institutions, in the University of Catalonia's Social Education Degree on an ongoing basis for eight years. She has participated in the Board of Trustees of the 'Taula del Tercer Sector', the European Anti Poverty Network (EAPN Spain) and the 'Entitats Catalanes d’Acció Social (ECAS)', acting as president in 2017 and 2019.
