What to do if I feel lonely
Unwanted loneliness often arises during significant life transitions, such as adolescence. According to the latest study by the Catalan Red Cross, 80% of people between 18 and 29 years old surveyed feel lonely. In this session, we want to explore the social tools and skills young people can use to combat loneliness, how to break down the stigma surrounding it that often prevents them from seeking help, and what their immediate environment can do to help them overcome this loneliness.
